Developed by Seena B. Frost, SoulCollage® is a gentle, playful, and often surprisingly profound creative method that uses images, intuition, and imagination to connect you with your inner wisdom.
Using images gathered from magazines and other sources, you create your own unique deck of cards, with each card giving form to a different aspect of yourself, your life, or your inner world. Through the language of symbols, images, and archetypes, SoulCollage® invites us to access a deeper way of knowing—one that often reaches beyond what we can arrive at through words or thinking alone.
The process weaves together image, intuition, imagination, and synchronicity. No artistic experience or special skills are needed. You simply allow yourself to be drawn toward the images that call to you, bring them together in a personally meaningful way, and discover what emerges.
The cards that take shape can be surprising, beautiful, and rich with meaning. Over time, your deck becomes an ongoing resource for self-discovery—a way to explore different parts of yourself, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
About Your Facilitator
I am a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator, having completed my facilitator training in Crete, Greece.
My approach to SoulCollage® is informed by my background in mind-body medicine, mindfulness, somatic practices, and group facilitation. I create spaces that invite curiosity, creativity, and inward listening, allowing each person’s experience with the images to unfold in their own way.
For me, one of the most beautiful aspects of SoulCollage® is that we don't have to know what we're looking for before we begin. We can simply follow what draws us—and often discover something we didn't know was waiting to be seen.
